Returns

I hope you truly love your one of a kind, handmade piece of pottery.  I am not able to offer returns on my work, so please consider your purchase carefully.  
All items are made by me, not a machine.  While I try to capture accurate photos of your piece, some variations in colour might be present, as pictures may come across differently on different screens. 
You are always welcome to send me a direct message if you have any questions about my work - I'm happy to take the time to chat with you so you are satisfied you are making the best choice!

Shipping

I carefully package my pieces with recycled and re-used materials whenever possible, and take extra care to ensure your new piece arrives to you safely. I use Canada Post expedited shipping, which provides tracking by e-mail.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your package, as well as the destination.  If you order more than one item, I will combine orders if I can do so safely, and any shipping overages will be refunded. 

Orders will be shipped within one week of purchase, and usually within 3 days.  I allow extra lee-way for the realities of life, and the demands of a separate, full time job.  Rush shipping is available for en extra charge - please message me for more information.

If your piece is damaged in transit, please reach out to me immediately with pictures showing the damage.  I am unable to issue any refunds or replacements due to breakage if I am not notified within one week of delivery. With receipt of photos of the item, I will refund the order, or replace items damaged in transit.  

The buyer is responsible for any import fees, customs duties, and taxes. Cumulus Clay is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.  Please ensure you are aware of any extra costs associated with purchasing ceramics from outside your home country.
